Mark Hellickson is Chief Executive Officer for Prospect Companies and leads the corporate strategic and operational governance for Prospect and its family of companies. Mark has had success in developing, owning, and managing real estate since 1994 with a focus on healthcare and senior housing assets. Over that time he has played an integral role in the completion of over 2 million square feet of outpatient health facilities and senior housing communities in multiple states from Alaska to Texas. Mark oversees all phases of operations for Prospect including new business development, feasibility analyses, financing, marketing, development, leasing, construction, and building and operational management. Mark is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and received his certificate in real estate development and finance from the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego.
Aaron has successfully developed over 1 Million square feet of real estate including Senior living facilities, medical office buildings, Private University campuses, and Outpatient facilities throughout the country. Referred to as a “jack of all trades” in the business, Aaron has overseen all aspects of the development process throughout his career and has recently focused on new business development, project feasibility, project entitlement, and Construction management. Aaron is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker #01985258 and a certified RCFE administrator (inactive). Aaron resides in Solana Beach with his wife Lauren, their two boys; Brody and Ryder, and the family/company mascot, Bruin.
Alan "Mitt" Mittleman
Alan has made a life-long career of owning, managing and leading entrepreneurial organizations through various stages of growth. Mitt earned a BS Accounting from Syracuse University (Syracuse, NY) and an MBA from Babson College (Wellesley, MA). His work experiences includes accounting, finance, operations and marketing in a myriad of industries including automotive, natural & organic foods and commercial real estate. As Prospect's Controller, Mitt manages the day-to-day finances for the company and oversees finance and accounting for the development, management and operational entities.
